FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Delivery

After validating your order, we carefully check the tuning of the singing bowls to meet your expectations. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. Depending on your address and our stock, we ship from France or Germany. You will receive your order within 4 to 8 days after confirmation.

We work with reliable carriers for fast and secure delivery. You will be notified of the shipment by email with a tracking link. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your region and current logistical conditions. We appreciate your trust and patience during delivery.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to track the progress of your package.

It seems that the carrier was unable to deliver your package (possibly due to an address error or inaccessible access to your home), or the pickup deadline at the relay point has expired.

If the tracking indicates that your package has been returned to us, we will refund your order upon receipt of the package at our premises.

We can also resend your package at no additional cost.

If you do not contact us, your order will be automatically refunded within 10 days of receipt at our premises.

PAYMENT

For payment of your order, we accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or Bancontact.

We also offer payment via Paypal.

Please note that all payments must be made online at the time of checkout. We are unable to place an order on your behalf by phone or any other means.

The payment error indicates that the bank transaction has failed for various reasons: insufficient funds, connection issues, non-receipt of the security code, late entry of the security code, etc.

Your order has not been validated and you need to reiterate it.

If charges have been debited from your bank account, please contact our customer service for assistance.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 days to make an unconditional return.

Please note that if the return is not due to a quality issue or damage, return charges will be at your expense.

To return a product, please follow our instructions and return the item to our stated address. Make sure to follow our packaging guidelines to preserve the integrity of the product.

We strongly recommend having the drop-off receipt stamped by the relay point where you deposit your return parcel (you can also note the “shipping number” found on the return label).

Then, log on to the carrier’s site and go to the “Parcel tracking” section to monitor the delivery status of your return parcel using this number.

If you used Colissimo, please refer to the slip that was given to you.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days from the day we receive your parcel. Please note that your bank’s processing time may also apply and result in a slight delay in the receipt of funds in your account.
